After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is fulfilled, and you can check the status of your shipment.

We currently accept Paypal and Eximbay only.

For those with PayPal, you can register at the PayPal website and then sign in by verifying your account.

Once your account is verified, you will be asked to enter your debit/credit card information.

From Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped out from Korea within 24 hours, and orders made during the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday.

We usually expect products to be delivered within 3 to 5 days on average.

We ask for your understanding that some products may take additional time for delivery under various circumstances.

Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register/update your shipment status.

Yes, our deliveries are managed by our affiliate courier DHL, and we currently ship to more than 220 countries.

You will be able to see the details of your shipping fee at the final checkout.
Please note, that shipping fees vary depending on the different countries.

In the matter of renewing the shipping address, you are required to email us with your name and order details at help@kahicosmetics.com.

Please be aware, unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once your order is fulfilled.

Please be informed that, once the package is picked up by our third-party forwarding company, you will be accountable for any type of unpredictable, additional import duties and taxes of international shipments which may be subjected to the different standards of your country.
